Research Abstract |
学習・記憶の細胞レベルでの基礎過程として、神経細胞間での情報伝達部位であるシナプスにおける可塑性が考えられている。シナプス可塑性には、小胞体膜上のカルシウムチャネルであるIP_3受容体 タイプ1(IP_3R1)からの局所的なカルシウム放出が関与している。本研究ではプルキンエ細胞のスパインにおけるIP_3R1の動態に着目し、IP_3R1のスパインでの動態と、それが、神経活動依存的に変化することを明らかにした。
