Research Abstract	本研究において、マウスおよびラットNeurroglobin遺伝子プロモーターおよそ2kbpをクローニングすることができ、さらに、このプロモーターが転写活性能を有していることを明らかにした。一方、neuroglobinのヘム依存的発現について調べたところ、マウス神経芽細胞Neuro2a細胞内のヘム含量の低下に伴って、neuroglobin遺伝子およびたんぱく質の発現量が低下することが明らかになった。すなわちNeuroglobinの発現は、細胞内ヘム含量に依存する可能性が示唆された。
