Research Abstract

NYAPがGPIアンカー型膜タンパク質のクロスリンクにより活性化されることを明らかにした。また、NYAPファミリー遺伝子多重欠損マウスの大脳皮質錐体神経細胞の形態異常および中心体タンパク質の動態異常を見出した。近年、神経樹状突起形成と中心体の関連が指摘されはじめてきており、NYAPファミリーがアクチン系細胞骨格の再編成制御を介して中心体動態をも制御し、樹状突起形態形成に関与する可能性は、きわめて興味深い。
