Research Abstract

マウス脳において神経可塑性関連タンパク質である細胞外セリンプロテアーゼニューロプシンが直接切断するタンパク質を探索した。その結果、ニューロプシンは、神経細胞の形態変化および神経突起の伸展に関与するG protein-Regulated Inducer of Neurite outgrowth 1(GRIN1)に直接結合し、速やかに切断することを明らかとした。
