Research Abstract |
大コンダクタンスCa2+活性化K+(BK)チャネル開口薬は、高血圧や気管支喘息、緊張性膀胱、脳血管循環の改善に有効である。一方、中枢BK チャネルは、創薬の標的としては発展途上である。本研究では、全反射蛍光顕微鏡を利用して、生細胞膜表面に発現するBKチャネルをナノ分子画像解析した。本研究成果は、BK チャネルの生理機能の発揮やイオンチャネル創薬を目指す上で、非常に有益な情報を提供し得ると考えられる。
