Research Abstract

本研究の目的は,励起光に硬X線を用い検出を可視光で行うことができる硬X線照射型可視共焦点顕微鏡の開発を行い,細胞,組織を可視顕微鏡以上の空間分解能で観察することである.研究を行うに当たって,硬X線集光システムと可視光検出システムを組み合わせた顕微鏡システムを構築した.ヒト培養細胞の細胞質にCdSe-ZnSナノ粒子を染色した試料を作製し観察したところ,500nmの分解能でイメージングすることができた.
