Research Abstract

申請者らは,ミミズの躯体構造の動作である蠕動運動を模倣し,その運動が液体に伝播可能であれば,流動用管に,ポンプ機能を付加することが可能であると考えた.リング型PZT素子に電圧および周波数の異なる波形を印加した場合の流速を求めた結果,周波数の変化により,最大および最小流速は,初期流速に対し3.8%増加および1.4%減少を確認したことから,世界初の管自体を流路とするバルブレスのポンプの流速制御に成功した.
