| Research Abstract |
長期の持続式携帯腹膜透析(CAPD)患者の腹膜機能障害の原因として、一酸化窒素(NO)の関与が推測されているが、いまだ明らかではない。今回、CAPD透析液排液中のNO濃度について、NOセンサによる直接計測を検討し安定した計測結果が得ることができた。結果、透析液中に計測され得るレベルでNOが存在すること、患者によって透析液中NO濃度に大きな差があることなどが明らかとなり、CAPD透析液中NOと計測した関連物質の面から、長期CAPD時の腹膜機能変化メカニズムにおけるNOの関与の解明およびCAPD患者の腹膜機能の定量的評価が可能になり得るものと考えられた。
