Research Abstract

本研究は、1)量子ドット標識法および2)DNA結合状態の可視化・定量化を目指したFRET観察法の開拓を目標テーマに掲げている。1)に関しては、生体親和性のリン脂質モノマーの(MPC)共重合体で量子ドット内包粒子を作製し、細胞内動態を観察することに成功した。2)に関しては、pH応答性セグメントとMPC、FRETアクセプター固定部位を有する共重合体を合成し、量子ドットを内包した。この粒子は、pHに応じてFRET効率が変化し、異なる蛍光スペクトルを示した。
