Research Abstract

癌は現在死亡数のトップの疾患であり、その治療法の開発は不可欠である。そこで、研究代表者は転移性乳癌細胞を標的とした新規ドラッグデリバリーシステム材料の作製を行っている。本研究では、抗癌剤を担持したナノ粒子とコラーゲンからなるハイブリッドゲルを作製した。このゲル上に乳癌細胞を三次元培養したところ、転移性の低い乳癌細胞と比べて、転移性の高い乳癌細胞に対して高い抗癌活性が見られた。
