Research Abstract

分子量制御した温度応答性高分子鎖と疎水性高分子鎖からなるブロックコポリマーを合成し、種々の官能基を温度応答性高分子鎖末端に導入することで、表面機能型温度応答性高分子ミセルを作製した。ミセル表面に蛍光基を導入することにより、ミセルの相転移温度以上で細胞内への移行が著しく増大することを明らかにした。また、スルホンアミド誘導体を導入することで、生体内の低pH 環境に応答して相転移を引き起こす薬物キャリアを構築した。
