Research Abstract

生分解性高分子マイクロカプセルの作製を行った。カプセル作製法は微小気泡から直接In-Situ重合等によりカプセルを生成する方法を用いた。シェル材質にポリ-DL-乳酸及び、ポリ-L-乳酸を用いて、球形かつ表面状態の良好な含気マイクロカプセルの作製に成功した。作製した2種のマイクロカプセルを用いて、超音波を用いたカプセル破壊によるカプセル膜弾性の定量的評価手法について検討を行った。カプセルの崩壊とシェル材質のヤング率、引張強度の関連性が示された。
