Research Abstract

ラットの腹壁を2個の磁石で挟む褥瘡モデルを作製し、圧迫後の遺伝子発現の解析を行った。マイクロアレイと、リアルタイムPCRでmRNA発現の変化を解析すると、炎症に関連した多くの遺伝子が、圧迫開始から12時間後、1日後に増加していた。炎症性サイトカインが褥瘡発生に関与していると考えられる。しかし、炎症性サイトカインの発現部位やそれぞれの相互作用などは、まだ不明な点が多い。
