| Research Abstract |
大脳皮質の一部である頭頂葉後部は運動野と同様に、純粋な運動機能に関わっていることがすでにわかっている.今回の研究では、運動野の障害による運動機能低下の場合、頭頂葉後部を活性化させること、特に正中神経と同時に活性化させることが運動機能の回復に有用であることが示唆された.その際、正中神経刺激によるインパルスが頭頂葉後部に伝わるまでの10-11msの遅延時間を持って正中神経と頭頂葉後部を同時刺激することが重要であることが示された.
