| Research Abstract |
本研究では,ロボットアシストによるヒトの受動歩行時に,経頭蓋磁気刺激の入力(刺激強度)-出力(運動誘発電位振幅)関係から,下肢筋群の皮質脊髄路興奮性が歩行位相に依存して変化することを観察した。中でも前脛骨筋の皮質脊髄路は,荷重に関連した感覚入力によって特異的に促通されることを明らかにした。さらに,受動歩行時の速度増加によって皮質脊髄路の興奮性が高まることから,受動歩行による感覚入力が皮質脊髄路興奮性の促通に関与していることが示唆された。
