| Research Abstract |
最適なスキージャンプ踏切動作とその指導法を追究するため,足底の加圧感覚と動作のタイミングに着目したトレーニングを試みた。このトレーニングでは,実ジャンプ映像に合わせて動作を行い,その際の足底の加圧感覚を足圧分布計測システムにより定量的し,さらに視覚的・即時的なフィードバックができる。また,同時に3次元的な技術分析を行った。
その結果,選手の身体感覚が技術およびそのパフォーマンスに反映することが示唆された。また,このようなトレーニングについて肯定的な評価を得た。
