Research Abstract

骨量低下の誘因は多因子であると考え、遺伝的素因と運動・栄養素因の解析を行うことにより対象者に効果的な指導法を開発することを目的とした。被験者の口腔粘膜よりDNAを採取し、問診・測定値をデータベース化した。骨代謝に関連するSNPを含む配列に対して多型を同定し、これらを素因ごとにSPSSを用いて各パラメータ間で多変量解析を行ったところ、骨量におけるERα多型といくつかの栄養素摂取や身体活動の関連性や相互作用が示された。
