| Research Abstract |
大学スポーツにおける競技力の高いアスリートは,体育・スポーツ系大学生よりも健康リテラシー(健康情報の伝達,摂食の自己管理,トレーニングの自己調整,自己情報の処理)の各得点が高いことが認められ,自己の健康情報処理能力が優れていることが考えられた.しかし,健康リテラシーが高いことは,専門的なアスレティックトレーナーらの支援者との情報共有には効果的であったと考えられたが,コンディショニングの実施能力に直接的な影響は認めらなかった.
