Research Abstract

生活習慣病ターゲット臓器として代表的な脂肪、骨格筋、肝臓について、脂溶性化合物をリガンドとするG-タンパク質共役受容体の機能解析を行った。
脂肪細胞においてGPR120のリガンドであるα-linolenic acidで刺激することによって、ERKのリン酸化が亢進するとともに、分化促進が認められた。
一方GPR30のリガンドであるエストラジオール刺激において、脂肪、骨格筋、肝臓細胞のERKリン酸化が亢進は認められた。
しかしながら脂肪および骨格筋細胞の分化への寄与は認められなかった。脂溶性リガンドのさらなる機能について検討が必要である。
