Research Abstract

脂肪細胞間に存在する突起を持った骨髄由来細胞が脂肪細胞と密に接していた。この殆どがマクロファージであることを確認し、これらの骨髄由来細胞がアディポネクチン分泌、調整に関与することが示唆された。また、骨格筋おいてアディポネクチン受容体は有酸素性解糖能に優れる筋線維での分布が確認されると共に定期的な運動を行うことによって、嫌気性解糖能に優れる筋線維にも分布するようになることが明らかとなった。
