| Research Abstract |
日常生活中の心理状態と心拍変動指標(自律神経系活動等)との間の相関性を調べた.健常男性40名が実験に参加し,心拍変動と身体加速度を計測する携帯型装置を装着して日常生活を48-72時間行った.睡眠時も装置を装着した.被験者は起きている間,1時間に1回, その時の8種類の気分状態を質問紙に回答した.計測データを解析した結果,(1)就寝前の落ち込み感と不安感は就寝後の自律神経系活動バランスを交感神経系優位にシフトさせることが示唆された.さらに,(2)起きている間では,活気と自律神経系生理指標との間の相関性が比較的高いことが示唆された.
