Research Abstract

本研究課題では,うつ病の早期発見システムへの応用を目指し,日常生活における生理信号の計測により睡眠の質を定量的に評価する手法の開発を目標とした.そして,自律神経活動系活動の規則度指標,睡眠の質得点(SQS),標準SQS 変動率等,睡眠の質に関する指標を新規に提案した.長期生理信号計測実験を行い,19 名の被験者に対し,のべ3500 日以上の睡眠の質を計測した.その結果,提案指標について,健常者-うつ病患者間に有意な差が確認され,提案指標がうつ状態の評価指標に応用可能なことが示唆された.
