Research Abstract |
A teaching portfolio system for preservice teachers with standards and evidence was developed. Based on interviews with preservice teachers on their activities of fieldworks at demonstration schools and challenges facing preservice teachers before and during introductory fieldwork, they participated actively in their fieldworks with clear challenges, and they deepened reflection with teaching portfolio development, group discussion, and online peer assessment.
