Research Abstract |
アミノビフェニル(ABP)に由来するDNA付加体を部位特異的に1箇所もつプラスミドを作製し、ヒト細胞内で複製させた。複製プラスミドを解析し、損傷乗り越えDNA合成(TLS)の頻度と突然変異パターンを明らかにした。その結果、付加体周辺の塩基配列がTLS頻度と変異誘率に影響を与えることがわかった。またABP付加体をTLSする際に働くポリメラーゼの種類も配列によって異なることが分かった。
