Research Abstract	本研究では、バイオマスの炭化物を燃料とする炭素駆動燃料電池開発の基礎研究として、電気化学的な燃焼に対応する炭化物の性質と電気化学酸化特性の関係を明らかにするとともに、200℃付近で作動するアルカリ型の燃料電池を想定し、特に陰極側(炭素極)での電気化学反応の挙動に着目し、炭素の消費速度、反応に関与した電気量と消費された炭素量の定量的な比較、反応後の炭素表面の状態など、装置・システム開発のための基礎となる工学的データをまとめた。
