| Research Abstract |
VOC(揮発性有機物)の代表的な物質であるトルエン及びキシレンを処理対象として,非熱プラズマ脱着循環システムによる分解処理を行った.その結果,実験室レベルの試験では,トルエン,キシレンはともに脱着されなかったがCO2およびCOの発生量から60%のトルエン,キシレンが分解されていることを確認した.また,ベンチスケールの装置を用いた吸着トルエンの分解試験も行い,吸着量の90%をCO,CO2に分解することに成功した.
