Research Abstract |
本研究では、グリーンケミストリーに立脚した溶媒フリーの条件下で、Si量子ドットを合成するための方法を開発した。具体的には、リガンド前駆体中へ、固体状バルクシリコンを浸漬、当該バルク表面をレーザー照射することにより、Siナノ結晶粒子の生成と粒子表面へのリガンド固定を同時に達成できることを見出した。これにより、分子認識プローブを有するSi量子ドットを1ステップで合成、精製処理の不用な循環環境型合成法を確立した。
