Research Abstract

モータタンパク質であるキネシンとダイニンの微小管上での運動極性を利用して、微小流体デバイス内でナノスケールの対象分子などを大量・並列に操作し、分離することのできるナノアクチュエータの創出を目指した。微小管の極性配置技術を確立し、二種類のモータタンパク質が極性に従って効率よく運動する系を微小流体デバイス内で構築した。
