Research Abstract

本研究は、超微細加工技術にて作製したナノピラーチップを用いて、精密に制御されたナノ空間の幾何学的特性がDNAの分離分析へ及ぼす影響について詳細は検討を行った。その結果、ナノ空間の幾何学的パターンが、DNAの分離モードを支配していることを明らかとし、その分離メカニズムの理論的モデルを構築した。さらにこのナノピラーチップをDNAだけではなく、タンパク質への分離に応用することに成功した。
