Research Abstract

二相ステンレス鋼を用いた精密熱処理とエッチング技術によるニードル形状の製作,および,そのニードル形状上での細胞培養に成功した.これらを踏まえ,より高効率な遺伝子導入を目指すナノ・ニードル基板エレクトロポレーションの開発を推し進め,その結果を論文投稿するまでに至った.
