| Research Abstract |
ソフトウェア開発プロセスのテスト工程で観測されるソフトウェア信頼度成長過程をテスト時間のみに依存しながら記述するこれまでのソフトウェア信頼度成長モデル(SRGM)に孕んでいた評価精度およびモデル妥当性に関する本質的問題に対して1つの回答を与える研究を行った.特に,本研究では,現実的側面を踏まえながら,信頼度成長過程がテスト時間とテスト労力要因の2要因に依存するような2変量SRGMを提案して,当該モデルの実践的適用手法,提案モデルの性能評価,およびソフトウェア開発管理面からの応用問題などについて議論しながら,ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトを成功に導くための高精度ソフトウェア信頼性評価技術について体系的に議論を行った.
