Research Abstract

"安全・安心な市民生活"をキーワードに,市街地において生物化学兵器テロや,突発的な事故が発生した場合の,被害拡大,危険物質の移流・拡散,さらには人の避難性状を的確に把握・予測するソフトウェアの開発を目指す.市街地周辺では,非線形な連成現象が支配的であるため,わずかな条件の違いが拡大し,大規模な災害に発展する危険性を秘めている.本プロジェクトは,格段に高い精度とユーザーフレンドリーな操作性を有する「都市の防災・危機管理システム」を確立することを目指している.
