Research Abstract

本研究ではラットやマウスの肝発がんにおける前がん病変及び肝臓腫瘍のプロテオーム解析を行った。ラットの肝臓において、phenobarbital(PB)の高用量投与によるGST-P陽性細胞巣または肝臓腫瘍内にがん促進に関与すると考えられる特異的な蛋白(例 : CK8/18, APOA1, PHB1,2, SEPT9 など)の発現が認められた。PB投与のラット肝発がんにおけるCK8/18はGST-P陽性細胞巣から肝臓腫瘍に進展する前がん病変の新たなマーカーであることが認められた。さらに、マウスの肝発がんにおけるCK8/18は前がん病変の新たなバイオマーカーであることが示唆された。
