Research Abstract

英語教員養成課程の学生4名を被験者として,職業的同一性に係わるメタファーを収集し質的分析を行った。被験者の教育実習前におけるメタファーは,他者(生徒や同僚教員等)の視点・観点への配慮に欠けた意味づけ・理由づけが顕著であった。他者の視点・観点を包含した意味づけ・理由づけは教育実習後のメタファーに確認されており,被験者の職業的同一性に係わる信念が実習中及び実習後に再構築されたことを示唆している。
