| Research Abstract |
本研究は、単独行為(中でも排除効果をもつものに焦点を当てる)に対して競争の観点から如何なる規制を行いうる、行うべきか、という問題意識の下で、単独行為規制の歴史的理論基盤に関する基礎研究を行った。検討の結果、現在の単独行為規制をめぐる議論には、複数の異なる理論的系譜が流れ込んでおり、それらが本来の前提から離れて理解され、用いられる傾向があることが明らかになった。この点を精査し、現行法に理論的寄与を行うためには、さらなる研究の継続が望まれる。
