Research Abstract

計画経済から市場経済に移行する過程にある中国では、様々な要因が日系子会社の業績に影響を与えることがインタビュー調査及び質問票調査から明らかになった。中でも、経済取引を規定する法体系の未整備、法の運用の不透明さ、中国市場での競争の激しさ等が日系子会社の業績に負の影響を与え、現地政府の外国企業に対する支援、官僚や取引企業との人的関係等が日系子会社の業績に正の影響を与えることが明らかになった。
