Research Abstract |
Theme of this study is change in rules of wage determination and industrial conflicts in Japan and Germany. As a result following points were proved.i) various forms of (1)pay for performance(1) in Japan and its contradiction ii) change in wage bargaining system and wage policy in Japaniii) change in wage bargaining system and wage policy in Germany.
