Research Abstract |
(1) Demographics and living conditions of new comer residents to the urban underclass area of Yokohama, who are in poor state of the economy and have moved to the area. (2) Enforcement assistance to those on welfare recipients in the area and manner of utilization of the lodgings in the area. (3) Local revitalization and community development by the community organizations and the public administration. (4) Regional activities by new comer NPOs.
