Research Abstract |
This contribution addresses the question of how the effectiveness of interprofessional and inter-agency collaboration can be assessed. The first part of the research discusses the facilitation and difficulties of collaboration in health and social care practice with precedence studies. The analysis of three cases in the second part of the contribution shows the differences between outputs of practice with variations of interaction's patterns.
