| Research Abstract |
貧困、外国籍、高齢化などの生活課題が複合的に絡み合ったインナーシティ京都市東九条地区において2つのNPO法人がそれぞれ旧不法占拠地区住民および在日コミュニティに寄り添い、東九条の支えあい文化、住民団体・セツルメント・社会福祉法人のネットワークを基盤にメンバーの生活支援をおこないながらコミュニティ独自の文化を理解、保持、再形成することにより、メンバーのコミュニティへの参加・包摂を促す実践を行っていることが明らかになった。
