| Research Abstract |
半期間の講義という知識提供型の働きかけ、短時間の解説DVDによる知識提供型の働きかけ、自らの会話中の姿を客体視するという経験に着目し、これらが会話スキルに及ぼす効果を実験的に検討した。半期間の講義による働きかけの効果は、解読スキルや記号化スキルの自己評価の高まりなどに見られた。しかし、実験前の個人差も考慮に入れた短時間の知識提供による効果測定では、いずれの変化も確認されなかった。そして、自分の姿の客体視による効果は、「非言語による反応」に対してのみ確認された。
