Research Abstract

発動性機能とは,行動や心的活動の内発的な開始と維持にかかわる高次神経機能で,一般に,前頭葉の損傷により障害される.本研究は,発動性障害の改善をめざした認知リハビリテーションを実施し,その訓練効果について検討をおこなった.その結果,慢性期の重度発動性障害者においても,認知リハビリ的な介入によって発動性の向上がある程度期待できること,また,それに伴って,そのほかの高次脳機能に促進的な影響が及ぶことが示唆された.
