Research Abstract

定型発達成人および広汎性発達障害児に対してNIRSを用い、課題(計算、書字、迷路)遂行中の脳機能を、自己モニタリング手続きを行う条件と行わない条件で比較した。その結果、自己モニタリング条件では、定型発達成人と広汎性発達障害児の両者において前頭連合野の特徴的な活動(酸素化ヘモグロビンの急激な変化の繰り返し)が測定された。自己記録行動が生起する度に脳活動が変化していると考えられた。しかし、そうした脳活動の特徴は広汎性発達障害児において定型発達成人ほど明確ではなかった。
