Research Abstract |
From the perspective of the teacher's each teaching skills and of the organizational skills, the study examined how we can work effectively in education for foreign students who need to learn Japanese. Through the examination, I got following three results. ・I cleared up the contents of teacher's teaching skills needed for supporting foreign students. And I cleared up the process in which teachers acquire those skills. ・Based on the research results, I developed teaching materials for teacher training. ・I explained the way of constructing the effective teaching system for education for foreign students by using teacher training about lesson improvement at school.
