| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、国語科教師による、他の教師の優れた授業力を活用しながらの、授業改善に向けた研修のあり方を提示することである。研究の方法として、全国各地で優れた授業を実践している、高等学校国語科教師を対象とした聞き取り調査を行い、各教師のライフストーリーを解釈し、授業実践を通して培ってきた経験知の概念化を試みた。優れた国語科授業は、授業技術を豊富に持っていれば実現できるものではない。優れた国語科授業を実践する教師は、常に、教材・学習者・教師自身の個性と、それらの相互関係といった、授業という状況の全体を見極め、多種多様な授業技術を有機的に引き出しながら学習者の学びを高める働きかけを重ねていることが明らかになった。
