Research Abstract

UVSORにすでに導入されていたフェムト秒パルスレーザーを用いてバンチ内にフェムト秒の縦方向(進行方向)にディップ構造を作り、その構造の時間的推移を計測した。従来の方法では測定できないため、ダイオードテラヘルツ検出器を用いてコヒーレントテラヘルツ放射光を観測し、そのディップ形状の測定を試みた。その結果、横方向のビームの振動が縦方向に回り込んで、ディップ構造が加速器の運転モードに依存して振動することを観測した。
