Research Abstract

典型的な擬二次元有機超伝導体K-(ET)_2Cu(NCS)_2のジョセフソン磁束フロー抵抗の面内磁場方位依存性を調べたところ、明瞭な四回対称性を見出した。K-(ET)_2Cu(NCS)_2はd波超伝導体であることから、磁束フロー抵抗の面内異方性と超伝導ギャップ構造との関係に興味がもたれる。ジョセフソン磁束フロー抵抗の磁場,温度,電流依存性を系統的に調べることにより、フロー抵抗の面内異方性と超伝導ギャップ構造の関係を検討した。
