Research Abstract

超短パルスレーザー誘起X線源の高エネルギー化および高輝度化を目指し、硬X線領域でのX線発生研究を行った。レーザーから特性X線へのエネルギー変換効率は10 keVから20 keV領域にわたって10^<-4>に達することができるなど、高エネルギー化および高輝度化へ向けた有用な知見を得ることができた。
