Research Abstract

原子分子の多重電離ダイナミクスの解明を目的として, 飛行時間型の多電子計測装置の設計研究を行った. 電子の検出効率を高めるため飛行時間分析器は磁場を用いた構造を採用し, 飛行時間・位置測定から複数電子の相関情報を抽出する. 本研究ではコンピューターシミュレーションによる分析器デザインと磁場形状の最適化を行い, また計測系の動作試験を兼ねた実験研究にて原子分子の多電子放出過程とその後続過程に関する知見を得た.
