Research Abstract

本研究は,計算による現象の基礎的な裏づけ,および実験による現象パラメータの追求の2つの研究視点により成り立っている.計算結果においては,ペプチド両親媒性分子のメソスケールにおける自己集合構造に着目し,構造に影響を及ぼす主要な因子である濃度とせん断それぞれについての依存性を,散逸粒子動力学法を用いて解析した.実験結果においては,ペプチド両親媒性分子溶液(PA)のゾル-ゲル転移に着目し,動的粘弾性測定により構造転移におよぼす温度の影響を解析した.
